Description:

Welding Positioner is mainly used to place the workpiece in the best position for welding and assembling with the worktable elevating, rotation, tilting, which can be used for various automatic or manual welding, butt welding or face welding of pipe, as well as welding of shafts, discs, barrel, etc, with advantages of compact volume, good appearance, light weight and easy operation. The positioner can be supplied for interfacing with robot or welding manipulators, to realize the welding automation.

Principal axis can turn 90 degree so as to adapt itself to welding of all kinds of angles.

Use DC electric motor to drive directly, with reliable capacity, wide range of adjusting speed and large diameter range of work piece.

It has pulse calculation function, which can exactly confirm the welding place.

It has one-button operation function, after finishing the adjustment, what you need to do is just to press the start button to conduct the program full-automatically.

Equipped with emergency stop switch, it can be conducted when emergency happens during the welding.

Adopting output signal control system, which makes it possible to connect every kind of welding power source.
